Compiler settings
Nexus Build's NXPC operation accepts typed compiler settings from its dialect.
These become compiler arguments; selecting a project target does not implicitly
enable every related compiler option.

Explicit compiler arguments not otherwise represented in the recipe |
Use the Hello recipe for a complete example. The Nexus Build dialect is the accepted-property reference; compiler support must also match the selected Nexus Pascal version.
Debug/Release names are target selections. A project must explicitly declare debug symbols, optimization, defines, and output locations for its configurations.
Do not carry obsolete upstream FPC flags forward without checking Nexus Pascal. Its native Extended behavior, supported platforms, artifact identities, and retired compiler options differ from upstream. See Nexus Pascal.
